Rebecca Tier

Rebecca is a Charted Town Planner who joined Henry Adams Planning from working in the Major Projects Team at Horsham District Council in 2022. She has a broad experience in development management obtained in various Council’s across West Sussex, including the South Downs National Park. Rebecca has experience on advising clients on agricultural, equestrian, commercial and residential schemes on site across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire. Rebecca has an interest in heritage planning and has used this knowledge to obtain planning permissions for clients on schemes affecting heritage assets, such as listed buildings, scheduled ancient monuments and conservations areas.
