Andrew is in our Rural and Valuation team based
in Chichester. He graduated from Harper Adams in 2002 and became a qualified
Chartered Surveyor in 2004. Andrew started his career in the Lake District
National Park, working for a Utility Company compensating farmers for land
access and later managing a portfolio of historic houses, commercial property,
farmland and heather moors. In 2008, he moved to Midhurst with his wife and
sons to establish a new Land Agency department for a national firm of property
consultants, where he led a growing team for 12 years. Andrew joined Henry
Adams in 2020 specialising in agricultural, equestrian, horticultural and rural
property matters, such as tenancy negotiations, red book valuations, utility
schemes, subsidies, business strategy and planning. Andrew works throughout
Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and of course the South Downs National Park.
