Referral Fees

Henry Adams LLP

Henry Adams LLP offer a range of additional referral services to our clients to aid them in moving home, none of these are obligatory and are taken without guarantee of service levels or outcome. It is important to us that we are clear and transparent with our customers at all times, should you decide to use one of our formal service providers the fee which we receive is not an addition to your bill. The terms and conditions of the relevant provider will state exactly what and when we are paid.

We have written business agreements with the following companies: Taylor Rose MW Solicitors and One Finance Group.

• Taylor Rose MW Solicitors – Henry Adams receive a fee of £250 per transaction plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
• One Finance Group – Henry Adams receive a fee of £200 per mortgage arranged up to the value of £500,000. For mortgages arranged at a value of £501,000 and above Henry Adams receive 30% of the procuration fee. For mortgage renewals, the fee received by Henry Adams is £100.
• Sillence Hern – staff receive £50 for each referral and the company 10% of the survey fee.
• Becks Removals – staff receive £75 for each referral and the company 10% of the removals fee.

We also have local referral arrangements with Surveyors and Removal firms, these are not formal business agreements and as such our staff may receive gift vouchers from said businesses as a token reward for passing the referral over. The sums can vary but would typically be between £25 and £50. This sum could be as much as 10% of the survey value but this would be an exceptional circumstance. Henry Adams HRR Ltd (Henry Adams Horsham and Henry Adams Haywards Heath)

Henry Adams HRR Ltd (Henry Adams Horsham and Henry Adams Haywards Heath) offer a range of additional referral services to our clients to aid them in moving home, none of these are obligatory and are taken without guarantee of service levels or outcome. The terms and conditions of the relevant provider will state exactly what and when we are paid.

We have written business agreements with the following companies:

• Henry Adams Horsham and Haywards Heath receive a fee of 30% referral fee for any mortgage related business passed to the Horsham Mortgage Centre.
• Henry Adams Horsham and Haywards Heath sales offices receive a sliding monetary amount for any referrals through our preferred conveyancing panel (Conveyancing Alliance) between £300 and £600 plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
• Taylor Rose MW Solicitors – Henry Adams receive a fee of £250 per transaction
• Henry Adams Horsham Lettings and Haywards Heath Lettings receive a 20% referral fee from Homelet, when offering insurance products.

We also have local referral arrangements with Surveyors and Removal firms, these are not formal business agreements and as such our staff may receive gift vouchers from said businesses as a token reward for passing the referral over. The sums can vary but would typically be between £25 and £50. This sum could be as much as 10% of the survey value but this would be an exceptional circumstance. Henry Adams Lettings

The agent may receive referral commission from insurers, contractors, utility management companies or solicitors which will vary depending on the provider but will be in the region of 10-15% of the policy or works cost.
