Professional valuations

Professional RICS property valuations covering Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire

Our Chartered Surveyors provide professional RICS Property Valuations to home-owners, land-owners, companies, banks, charities, developers, housing associations and other private or institutional clients.

Sometimes known as “Red Book” valuations, these property valuation reports are a standard required by solicitors, courts and HMRC, undertaken by an independent and appropriately qualified valuer. Red Book reports need to stand up to the utmost scrutiny and we have an experienced team of Registered Valuers with RICS qualifications and extensive experience in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

Our team consists of valuation experts in agriculture, equestrian property, development land, commercial buildings, leasehold interests, personal property / arts and antiques, estate planning and of course residential property. We can therefore undertake specialist Red Book Valuations of most property types, throughout West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

If you are uncertain whether a Red Book standard is required, then feel free to speak with us and we will assist where possible.

Our Professional Property Valuation Services include:

  • Professional Property Valuations for probate, matrimonial, capital gains tax purposes
  • Red Book valuations of farms, fields and agricultural property
  • Red Book valuations of paddocks, stables, polo fields, gallops and equestrian property
  • Red Book valuations of plots, development land, ransom strips, overages and development agreements
  • Red Book valuations of affordable housing, shared ownership homes and housing association property portfolios
  • Red Book valuations of offices, industrial buildings, business premises, sheds, warehouses, yards and commercial buildings
  • Professional Property Valuations for charities and Charities Act reports
  • Valuations of leasehold interests for freeholders or lessees.
  • Acting as Expert Witnesses.
