David Adams

David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the RICS Valuer scheme, and a member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He joined Henry Adams in 1995 and became a Partner the following year. 

David set up the firm's Development Land and New Homes Department which provides specialist advice to landowners, promoters, investors and housebuilders. Specialising in both strategic land and more immediate development opportunities, David and his team provide comprehensive residential development consultancy & valuation advice, and a complete range of marketing and sales advice for new homes developments throughout Sussex Hampshire and Surrey.
