Ryan Saunders

Ryan boasts an extensive background within the Rural and Farming industry, having spent his childhood growing up on his family farm, and more recently having completed his MSc in Town Planning, working with a leading agent, and then starting his own Planning and Development business before joining us as our Head of Planning and Rural Surveying, where he covers East and West Sussex, Kent and Surrey. Within his role, Ryan provides invaluable support throughout the planning process for our clients on a number of planning processes, and on the rural side of things, he can assist with a wide range of matters including grant applications, felling licence applications, woodland management plans and tenancy agreements. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and three dogs, whether that be farming, hiking or mountain biking.
