Situation

Located to the north end of Hayling Island, and within easy reach of Havant with good shopping centres including a Waitrose and excellent road links via the A27 to the historic city of Chichester to the east with the Festival Theater and racing at Goodwood and Portsmouth and Southampton to the west.
