Coronavirus update November 2020
Like many businesses we are currently awaiting full guidance on the implications of the new lockdown.
Housing Market to stay open
The early indications (based on a Twitter communication from the Housing Minister and recent TV interviews) are that the Housing Market will remain open throughout this lockdown providing agents continue to comply with Covid-safe procedures. We have extensive policies in place and will do everything we can to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff throughout this time.
If you wish to visit our offices please can you call ahead to book an appointment as we are operating a locked door policy at the moment. Viewings, valuations, surveys and the actual move itself can all go ahead, so we very much hope it will be business as usual but in a Covid-secure way.
If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact your local Henry Adams branch where a member of our team will be happy to help you.
