Roald Dahl Day at St James' CE Primary School

September is Roald Dahl’s Birthday month and what better way to celebrate than dressing up as one of his fabulous literacy characters! Today children and staff at St James’ CE Primary School, Emsworth did just that and what a wonderful array of costumes there were: Even the youngest children, who joined the school 2 weeks ago took part in the event, proudly parading around the school hall while Jack Tompkins from Henry Adams, Emsworth and Dee Tickner our Community Liaisons Coordinator had the unenviable task of choosing 2 children from each class to award Henry Adams rosettes.
