Coronavirus update: 12th May

To all our clients, customers and friends of Henry Adams

Firstly, I sincerely hope that you, your family and loved ones are in good health and our thoughts are very much with everyone who has been affected by COVID-19.

All our offices temporarily closed on Monday 23rd March and I am now pleased to confirm that following the Government’s announcement on 12th May we will be reopening as soon as possible.  A lot of planning is currently going into how we can operate safely and effectively and in accordance with Government guidelines we will do everything we can to protect you and our colleagues.  We will share with you our procedures, and in the meanwhile members of the Henry Adams team are available by phone or email to help you with any enquiries.

Since lockdown many of our hardworking teams have been operating from home, I am very proud of how well they have coped and what they have achieved during these testing times.  I am sure you will be pleased to hear that the property market has not stopped and we are still selling and letting properties as well as providing advice across our whole range of specialist services including commercial, agricultural, valuations/surveys, development land and our fine art auction room.  Each of our sales and lettings offices have lists of people keen to view properties as well as new properties ready to come to the market so we are anticipating a reasonable level of activity during coming out of lockdown.
