The London Boat Show

We’re lucky enough to have some of the finest sailing facilities in the world right here on our West Sussex doorstep, so what better place to promote homes our local area than at the London Boat Show?
 
Last month Pamela Phelan of our Emsworth branch headed to the ExCel Exhibition Centre where she joined the Waterside Properties stand to present a selection of our local properties to the boating community.
 
With a such fantastic array of homes near the many Sussex and Hampshire sailing villages, as well as proximity to everything Chichester has to offer - including trains to London in under two hours - means that we often get enquiries from people looking to relocate to this area.
 
Add to that a buzzing social scene, outstanding sailing clubs to suit the most competitive sailor or the novice junior, all within easy reach of the capital and set against a backdrop of the South Downs National Park,
