A Christmas Jumper Designing Competition!
There are lots of Christmas jumpers at this time of year but if you could design your very own, what would it look like? That’s just what Henry Adams is asking local children in their latest competition.
We’re inviting children in primary schools across the region to design their perfect Christmas jumper.
“We want the children to let their imagination run wild,” said Dee Tickner, our Community Liaison Coordinator. “Would you have a picture of a Christmas scene or a festive star? Maybe you prefer flashing lights, penguin patterns, seasonal slogans or even a funny rhyme? Whatever your ideas, we want to hear from you!”
Dee is teaming up with partners and staff from our local sales and lettings offices to visit primary schools inviting children to take part. Each child will be given an entry form with a jumper template to take home, onto which they can draw, paint, stick or sew a design. When it’s complete they can take the design to their local Henry Adams office for a very warm welcome and sweet treats or simply return it to their school for their entry to be included.
“Of course, no competition would be complete without prizes,” adds Dee. “We will have a chocolate lolly for one winner in every year group and the overall winners from the infants and juniors will each receive a chocolate reindeer - sporting his very own Christmas Jumper!”
Following
the judging, the jumper designs will be displayed in our offices in the lead up
to Christmas. So please feel free to pay us a visit, we’d love you to come and
see what the talented children from your neighbourhood have designed…
