Nine new business units in Slinfold

Nine self-contained business units have just become available for rent at Oakwood Farm, just off the A264 Five Oaks Road in Slinfold.

The units range from 377 sq ft in size and the largest four units offering approximately 1,400 sq ft, so the site can cater for a range of different commercial requirements. 

“The new units at Oakwood Farm offer a new start for businesses to take advantage of the location, the generously sized forecourt, and facilities for loading and unloading into the units,” said Andrew Algar, Head of Commercial Property at Henry Adams in Horsham. “Most of the units have a door of 3m, with the largest measuring some 3m by 4m with a 5.3m eaves. The three smaller units have double opening steel or wood doors.”

All units at Oakwood Farm have LED lighting and a small kitchenette, while seven of the units also have 3 phase power. The units have been made available on a simple tenancy agreement of three years with rents starting at £4,000pa, on which no VAT or service charges are payable. Further storage on site in shipping containers is available separately.
