It’s World Week at Petersfield Infant School!
What a wonderful finish to a school year with World Week and a competition to design a Postcard. This week the children at Petersfield Infant School have spent one day focusing on a different country in the United Kingdom, culminating in a dress-up day of wearing patriotic colours red, white and blue. It was a privilege for Craig and Dee to be a part of the celebrations, judging the Postcard competition and awarding Henry Adams Rosettes to the 12 winners, 1 from each class. The children excelled themselves with their beautiful drawings of various places throughout the UK; Stonehenge, The Angel of the North, a Welsh dragon breathing fire on a mountain to melt the snow and even The Lochness Monster put in an appearance! Well done everyone, what a fabulous day!
