Celebrating 20 years in Selsey!
For two decades now, the south coast town of Selsey has been home to one of our dedicated sales teams who’ve been helping local people to move home for 20 years.
Kevin Daymond, Partner at Henry Adams Selsey office, joined the office 17 years ago. His long-term success is a testament to the strong relationships and sense of purpose that drive our friendly, dedicated team.
Tracy Lort, our negotiator & secretary at Henry Adams Selsey, has been there since the very start. The office initially opened under the Neal Smith brand on 31st March 2003, before becoming part of Henry Adams in 2005.

The area has an impressive diversity of properties. You'll find everything from converted railway carriages to contemporary seafront homes.
What also sets Selsey apart is the way it’s retained a traditional village feel. This has made it a popular destination for families, downsizers, and people looking to live by the coast. The sandy beaches of West Wittering are within easy reach and the cathedral city of Chichester is only eight miles away.
Local shops, including butchers and bakers, provide everything needed for everyday life. There's also an Asda on the edge of Selsey.
As well as selling over 1,300 houses over the years, Kevin and his team are also committed to giving back to the community, They regularly hold themed creative competitions for children at the local primary schools.
