Henry Adams appoints Amy Smith to lead East Wittering branch
We are delighted to announce that Amy Smith has been promoted to become the Branch Manager of our busy East Wittering office.
Amy joined Henry Adams in 2004 as a trainee negotiator at the Bognor Regis branch. She then spent 10 years with the company’s south coast offices, joining East Wittering in 2014. After a brief interval as a travel agent, Amy returned to Henry Adams in 2021 as a senior negotiator at the East Wittering office under the management of Ben Green, who has relocated just along the coast to take over the company’s Middleton on Sea branch.
Over the past 18 years, Amy has built up a tremendous bank of local knowledge, during which time she has sold all types of properties from starter homes to beachfront mansions in Bracklesham Bay, and East & West Wittering.

We have a lot of repeat clients who we’ve moved two or three times over the years as they come back to us when they next want to move. The East Wittering branch of Henry Adams typically sells a variety of homes to families, downsizers, and people relocating to the coast while still within easy reach of London. There’s also a sizeable market for second homes in the area thanks to the sandy beaches and proximity to both countryside and the city of Chichester.
Living in West Wittering for the past 10 years, Amy makes the most of the stunning beaches with long walks along the shore after work. She also enjoys watersports, especially paddle boarding, kayaking and sea swimming, and has got to know the local surfing community.
