Henry Adams acquires Hampshire letting agency
Henry Adams Lettings has announced the acquisition of Country & Coastal Lettings, an established lettings and management agency based in Emsworth, Hampshire, which handles properties across southern Hampshire and West Sussex.
Ian Wiggett, Chief Executive of Henry Adams, said, “This marks our latest acquisition in recent years as we look to continue to grow the company, both organically and through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures with reputable companies such as Country & Coastal.
“We are looking forward to working with our new landlord clients and tenants and, together with Samantha Hazle and the team at Country & Coastal, we’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure the transition is as seamless as possible for our clients.
“We are also pleased to welcome two new members of staff from the Country & Coastal team. Caroline Smithers and Dawn Hayes are joining the Henry Adams group with immediate effect and will be based at our Emsworth office.”
Samantha Hazle became a Director of Country & Coastal Lettings in 2015 when she acquired the business, and prior to that was part of the long established estate agency Hazle & Co.
Samantha said, “Although it was not an easy decision to leave Country and Coastal behind, it was made much easier knowing I would be handing it over to Henry Adams who share the same high standards, who put their clients first and ensure both their landlords and tenants receive the very best customer service available.

The new Emsworth lettings team at Henry Adams will be headed by Director of Lettings, Lily White, who has 15 years as an experienced lettings professional and has held senior lettings roles across the Henry Adams group in Chichester, Storrington and Emsworth.
