Henry Adams strengthens Emsworth sales office with two new hires
Henry Adams has appointed two new sales negotiators at our busy Emsworth branch on the south coast. Conor Kinmonth-Murphy and Nancy Templer are both experienced negotiators who are already making their mark under the leadership of Matthew Inker who has managed Henry Adams Emsworth for 10 years.
Conor Kinmonth-Murphy initially specialised in selling cars, both in his home country of Australia and since settling in the UK, before he turned his attention to property sales around four years ago. “I had always wanted to be an estate agent so when I moved to London and went on a rental viewing, I soon ended up working for that estate agency. I was based in their Clapham office which was the number one sales office across their entire London network.
“More recently I was keen to return to life by the coast and as my partner’s parents live in this area, we decided to relocate. Everything lined up with Henry Adams so I’m very excited to be here and looking forward to getting to know the area and the people who live here. I like to explore and outside work I’m really keen to jump back into kayaking and try sea kayaking. This really is such a great place to live and work.”
Sales negotiator, Nancy Templer also brings a breadth of experience in property sales having worked in estate agency for nearly three years, prior to which she had held different sales roles. “I’d always had an interest in property and interiors and Henry Adams was definitely the one company I wanted to work for. There were no sales roles available when I was initially looking so when this opportunity came up, I immediately applied.
“Henry Adams has a really good reputation, it’s all about honest advice and providing the very best service we can. Here in Emsworth we sell a mix of old and modern houses as well as new build homes and many of the more individual, high end properties. It’s such a wide range which is exactly what I’d always wanted to be involved with.”
