Nikki Gocher takes up new role at Henry Adams
Residents of Billingshurst will recognise the familiar face of Nikki Gocher who has just been appointed as a full-time negotiator at the successful Henry Adams office.
Nikki has lived in Billingshurst for nineteen years, the last four of which she has worked at Henry Adams as a part-time negotiator, prior to being promoted by manager Adrian Passingham.
“I’d always hoped to broaden my role here at Henry Adams as it’s such a great company to work for so I’m really thrilled to be taking up the opportunity of helping more people sell or buy their Billingshurst home,” said Nikki, who has recently qualified as an accountant but decided to follow her dream career.
“I like everything about the role, from the people contact, negotiating a sale, arranging and conducting viewings and keeping the communication lines open so it’s the perfect career for me!”
Nikki knows the area well, particularly as her children attended the ‘outstanding’ secondary school, The Weald. “My daughter has absolutely flown under the teaching at The Weald and my son is now reading journalism at university,” said Nikki. “Billingshurst has so much to offer with a sports centre, station and sports pitches as well as The Weald, it’s really is a great place to live.”
Adrian Passingham, who was promoted to take over the reins at Henry Adams in Billingshurst earlier this year following the retirement of Richard Baker, commented on NIkki’s appointment: “We’re delighted to have Nikki fully on board now as she knows the village so well and can offer her local experience and advice to people new to the area. Equally importantly, she’s been a very valuable member of the team here for the past four years and I’m sure she’ll continue to be a great asset to the sellers and buyers of Billingshurst homes.”
