Lettings merger boost for Bognor Regis
Henry Adams Lettings in Bognor Regis has joined forces with AC Lettings, one of the largest and most successful independent lettings agencies in the coastal town.
The working partnership is effective from 1 September 2020 and the joint teams will operate from the AC Lettings prominent location of St James’ House, Bognor, which is being refurbished to reflect the dual branding.
AC Letting has been a family owned business since 1986. In 1990, the founder’s son, Lee Hopkins, joined the main board before taking over the management of the company from his mother in 1996.
Lee will remain as a director of the new organisation and there will be no changes in personnel at either Henry Adams or AC Lettings as a result of the merger.
Danielle Plunkett-Smith, manager of Henry Adams Lettings in Bognor, and Lucy Marchant, who is an experienced property manager, will both transfer to the Henry Adams AC Lettings office in St James House which is prominently situated close to the centre of Bognor.
