New Director of Land & New Homes joins Henry Adams Horsham

We are delighted to welcome Alison Guyton to the newly created role of Director of Land & New Homes in Horsham & Haywards Heath.

Alison has more than 20 years of experience in the property industry, most recently as Director of New Homes for Leaders Estate Agency where she covered developments across the UK.

She will now focus purely on the South East with particular emphasis on Horsham, Haywards Heath and the surrounding areas.

Partner at Henry Adams, Richard Town, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Alison on board. She has already shown herself to be extremely proactive and has extensive knowledge of the new homes industry having worked with some of the top 10 housebuilders in the UK as well as smaller, niche developers.

“This means she has been able to hit the ground running to help our clients secure sales on their latest developments and I have every confidence that Alison will be a great asset both to our developer clients and to the Henry Adams group.”

Alison, who lives in Billingshurst, is tasked with building the successful Henry Adams land & new homes operation further. Her first priorities however will be to maximise potential sales for key clients including Berkeley at Highwood, Rushmon Homes in Chailey and overseeing the launch of 4 new homes in Slinfold.

“I’ve known Henry Adams for many years and they’ve always had a great reputation for delivering excellent customer service to both sales & lettings clients,” said Alison.

“We already have a number of schemes in the pipeline about to launch as well as some of the best new homes across the region and I’m really looking forward to growing the new homes offering in and around Horsham and Haywards Heath areas.”

Outside work, and when time allows, Alison enjoys crossfit training and is a keen triathlete.

For all land & new homes enquiries throughout the Horsham & Haywards Heath areas, contact Alison on 01403 282511.
