Leaving London for the Country
Last week saw us heading up to London with lots of glossy brochures to promote a whole variety of our beautiful West Sussex homes.
We were once again exhibiting at the annual London & Country Property Show which this year was held at Chelsea Old Town Hall. I’ve been going each year on behalf of Henry Adams to talk to Londoners thinking of leaving the city for life in the countryside.
The concept of taking the country life to city-dwellers may not be a new one but we’ve certainly found it builds relationships with London buyers and whether they are looking to move in the short term or long term, they know they can call us for advice.
What’s more, we can let them know when a property which fits their wish list comes on to the market so they can head straight down to view.

But there’s nothing quite like meeting people face to face, whether they are looking to buy and can explain just what they’re looking for rather than tick on online box, or selling.
Our office in Storrington, a Grade II listed building right in the heart of the village, was once voted one of the loveliest estate agency offices in the country! We’re lucky to work in such lovely surroundings but more importantly, it’s a great place to welcome people in to discuss their property requirements.
