Head of Residential Sales appointed
Experienced estate agent Gareth Overton has recently joined Henry Adams in the newly created position as ‘Head of Residential Sales’. He will be operating from our Billingshurst office and taking a hands-on role across our residential sales offices.
Gareth has a broad experience at the cutting edge of sales having worked his way up in estate agency from trainee negotiator after leaving school. Most recently he was a regional director for a large corporate agency responsible for sales across the South West London and Surrey border.

He has proven experience in maximising sales performance across diverse marketplaces and has a strong focus on customer care which ties in completely with our ethos at Henry Adams. Outside work, Gareth is the Captain of Dorking Golf Club and regularly plays for Dorking Cricket Club. Married to Georgina, he also enjoys worldwide travel when time allows, and is an enthusiastic amateur chef.
