Chichester property professional recognised for training excellence

We’re delighted to say that another of our lettings team has secured a nationally recognised industry qualification, joining the growing number of qualified letting agents across the UK to do so.

Samantha Rooke who is based in our Chichester office has achieved the Technical Award in ‘Residential Letting & Property Management’ and has become a qualified member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the leading trade body for the lettings industry.

Sam, who has more than 12 years’ experience in lettings and sales, joined Henry Adams earlier last year and has undertaken the training in her spare time prior to taking the tests at the regional centre.  

“I was determined to secure the Technical Award and was encouraged to start my studies once I joined Henry Adams so I am delighted to now become a fully qualified member of ARLA,” she says. “The course has highlighted some more detailed aspects of my role and was a very useful refresher especially of the more complex legal issues affecting the rental of property.

“Having the qualification also shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who takes a professional, knowledgeable approach and that they can trust to do a good job on their behalf.”

The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) awarding body is recognised by the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) and offers nationally recognised qualifications across all disciplines in the property sector.

The Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management is a Level 3 qualification which covers everything from health and safety, security and legal aspects of lettings and management through to residential property letting practice and property management practice.
