Our Billingshurst property Professionals recognised for training excellence
Two
of our successful Billingshurst
sales team have secured a nationally-recognised industry qualification, and
joined the growing number of agents across the UK to do so.
Katarina Wilmot and Nikki Gocher Nikki Gocher have passed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property, the industry standard for all agents and the required qualification for entry to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
Kat and Nikki were both keen to take on the challenge to consolidate their valuable experience in the property sector. Kat said, “I’ve always been keen to learn the more technical aspects of my role as well as to continue developing my career with Henry Adams, who have encouraged me to take this step. It’s also important to me personally that our clients see how seriously I take my job.”
This latest success means Kat is now qualified in both sales and lettings, making Henry Adams the agent of choice when it comes to professional, knowledgeable advice on buy-to-let property in Billingshurst.
The NFOPP Awarding Body is accredited by Ofqual and offers nationally recognised qualifications across all disciplines in the property sector.
Their Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property is split into four separate examinations covering:
• Health and Safety, Security and General Law
• Law relating to Residential Property
• Practice relating to Residential Property Sales
• Property Appraisal and Basic Building Construction
