Two major site search and acquisitions projects
The commercial team in the Chichester office have recently been appointed on two major site search and acquisitions projects for commercial land and business space.
A European business have appointed the commercial team to find and acquire a 3 acre site in the South of the UK to allow them to build the UK’s first inland fish farm.
The image is an example of a unit being built in Europe – this is the first project!
The search has started and various sites have been offered. In addition, another European business with a UK presence has also appointed the commercial team to find and acquire a 30,000 square feet warehouse with office space 15 to 20 miles around Horsham.
