Hanbury Properties wins prestigious Sussex Heritage Trust Award 2015 for their debut Residential Development
Hanbury Properties, a local Chichester based Planning and Development Company are delighted to announce that they have recently been awarded the prestigious ‘Large Scale Residential Award’ by Sussex Heritage Trust for Holly Tree Grove, their debut residential development of six homes in the village of Walberton, West Sussex.
The award is presented for “A restoration, conversion or new build of more than five units, which can be within a Conservation Area, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a Brownfield site or including a Listed Building, enhancing or preserving its character and/or surroundings”.
Holly Tree Grove, which adjoins the Walberton Conservation Area, is situated to rear of the Holly Tree Pub. The development has enabled the refurbishment of the public house, which was once an unoccupied and unviable business. The pub is now thriving and back at the heart of village life and the six luxuriously appointed homes are proving extremely popular with 4 already sold.
Designed in keeping with the surrounding Sussex architecture, utilising locally sourced, traditional materials these elegant four bedroom new homes need to be viewed to be fully appreciated.
The Willows is a beautifully proportioned home with accommodation over three floors priced at £585,000 whilst Oak House is a substantial tile hung house with a truly impressive triple aspect kitchen / family / dining room. An additional four bedroom new home is also in the pipeline to complete this award winning development.
