Henry Adams 98% success rate with Jack at the top of the tree!
Politicians, bankers, estate agents – who are the most popular?! According to Richard Williscroft, the Chairman of Henry Adams, not all estate agents are the same and, judging by market research over the past 10 years, he can prove it.
Talking to the Observer, Richard Williscroft explained that for the last 10 years, every buyer and seller of the many thousands of houses sold by Henry Adams has received a feedback questionnaire – a ‘how was it for you?’ about the buying and selling experience.
“Over this 10 year period, Henry Adams has maintained an average approval rate of 97.9% of all buyers and sellers who rate the Henry Adams experience as excellent or good and would recommend and use Henry Adams again, and we are very fortunate to get such high levels of personal recommendations and repeat business.
“We are absolutely delighted that we have maintained this high approval rate of 98% consistently for the last 10 year period, an achievement everyone within Henry Adams is very proud of”, commented Richard Williscroft. “Henry Adams are committed to delivering the best service and we strive to provide the best possible customer journey. Moving house can be very stressful and we try very hard to make the whole process as stress free as we possibly can.

Having left Chichester High School for Boys where he was Head Boy, Jack joined Henry Adams two years ago, following three years’ experience with another local estate agent. “I’m really thrilled to have won this, particularly in such a service orientated company like Henry Adams. I have just bought my first home with my girlfriend, in Emsworth, so I have first-hand personal experience of the house buying process!” said Jack.
