Expansion of Henry Adams New Homes
Increased demand for the specialist services of the new homes team at Henry Adams has seen the expansion of the division with the appointment of a further senior member of staff.
Laura O’Hara joins Henry Adams New Homes in a newly created role in Chichester from her position at Linden Homes where she was a sales manager for nine years. Previous experience in the new homes industry includes both Barratt Homes and Berkeley where she started her career as an on-site sales negotiator.
Susan Wadsworth, partner at Henry Adams, said, “Laura brings a thorough understanding of the intricacies of marketing and selling new homes from the developer’s perspective which will be invaluable as she takes up the reins in our Chichester New Homes division and we’re delighted to have her on board.”

In my previous roles we had used the services of Henry Adams new homes which were always very impressive and it’s very exciting to become part of such a well-regarded organisation at this stage in its expansion.”
The increase in new homes activity within the southern counties covered by Henry Adams and the growth of the firm’s land department led by Martin Curry, have resulted in higher demand for the company’s services with future projects already in progress for both national and niche developers.
